Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience (One Required)
- High school diploma + 1 year clerical or typing experience
- High school diploma + 1 year public interaction experience
- 30 college credits
- 2 years active U.S. military service
- Equivalent combination of education/experience

- Must pass medical and psychological exams
- Must pass drug screening
- Must speak and understand English
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- No NYC residency requirement
